Return Policy
We want you to love your Tchesus purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
Eligible Items
- Apparel and accessories in original, unworn condition
- Defective or damaged items (please contact us within 7 days of receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Bibles — due to the personalized nature, custom Bibles cannot be returned unless defective
- Digital products
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@tchesus.com with your order number and reason
- We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
