1. Standard Products — 30 Day Returns

For all standard products (apparel, accessories, and non-customised items), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

2. Custom Bible Orders — Final Sale

Important Notice

Custom Bibles are printed on demand with your personalisation and are final sale. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for customised Bibles unless the product is defective or we made an error in printing.

If your Custom Bible arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (wrong name, wrong cover, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint and reship at no cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Bibles and personalised products (unless defective)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@tchesus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for standard products (size or colour) within the 30-day return window. Please email us to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to get a new size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@tchesus.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
