1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using tchesus.com (“the Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Products & Services

TCHESUS offers premium faith-based merchandise including:

• Custom personalised Bibles (printed on demand via Lulu Press)
• Christian apparel and accessories
• Faith-inspired gifts and products

Product colours and details may vary slightly from images shown on the Site. Custom Bible orders are printed to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is processed securely via WooPayments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Custom Bible Orders

Our Custom Bible Builder allows you to create a personalised Bible with your choice of translation, cover design, recipient name, dedication message, and book selection. Please note:

• Custom Bibles are printed on demand and require 5–10 business days for production.
• A minimum of 32 pages is required for print-on-demand production (Lulu requirement).
• Personalisation details (name, dedication, verse) must be accurate — we cannot amend these after production begins.
• Custom Bible orders are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, designs, text, images, and the TCHESUS brand — is the property of TCHESUS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCHESUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
