1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Custom Bible orders require an additional 5–10 business days for print-on-demand production before shipping. Total delivery time for custom Bibles is typically 7–14 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the carrier's website. Tracking may take 24 hours to become active after the shipping label is created.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order is more than 2 weeks overdue, please contact us at support@tchesus.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@tchesus.com. We can only amend addresses before the order has been dispatched.
